Plant Description
|
Similar in many respects to lemonade berry (R. integrifolia) but far better suited to hot inland gardens where it grows maintenance-free. Leathery leaves are longer, often folded and wavy along the margins and with a more prominent midrib and pointed tip; tight flower clusters are larger as is overall size; and fruits have a sugary coating also flavorful in drinks.
