Molinar has been a University of California Farm Advisor for 23 years, working with small family farms and specialty crops. He also taught community college for 6 years and worked in private industry for 7 years. Richard was a Peace Corps volunteer in Central America in the early 70's. He was the co-recipient of the Pedro Ilic ‘Outstanding Educator of the Year’ Award in 2000.
