Driving Survey for 4-H members ages 15 and older This is a research study being conducted by UC-Davis and UC Cooperative Extension. We are trying to find out how youth driving impacts 4-H, and how drivers' education could be improved. You have the right not to participate. You don't have to answer any questions you don't want to answer. You can stop at any time.
1. Do you have a driver's license or permit?	I have a driver's license. (Skip to Question 3.) I have a learner's permit. (Skip to Question 3.) I don't have either.
2. If you don't have a license or permit, what is the main reason why not?	It's too expensive. There is no car I can use. Getting a license is too much trouble. The driving rules for teenagers are too restrictive. I'm not allowed to get a license (my parents or the state won't let me). I just don't want to. Other (Provide reason in box below.)
