Much easier. Somewhat easier. About the same. Somewhat more difficult. Much more difficult. Don't know, we have not needed to hire anyone
Cause for labor supply change.
Not really much of a change for us. Change based on changes we have made at the dairy. Change based on external factors (not related to changes we have made).
