The purpose of this survey is to record your Dahlia's growth schedule.

For those of you who received 3 plants from Joe Sabol, you should submit 3 different surveys (one for each plant). You will be given a link to this survey, so that you can keep recording as your plant grows. This is a new project for us, so please excuse the bumps we may hit along the way.
