Fall 2009 Workshop Registration

Thank you for your interest in the "Balancing Wildlife Needs . . . " Workshops

Fee is $15 for each workshop and includes materials, lunch and snack. Credit cards are NOT accepted at this time.

Each workshop is limited to 30 people, so register early!

How to register:

Complete the information below
Press submit and print the confirmation page.
Make your checks payable to "UC Regents."
Mail your check (indicate name of registrant or inc. printed confirmatin) to:

5. Complete the waiver of liability and send it with your check. In order to participate, everyone will have to complete and sign a Waiver of Liability form.
