2010 State 4-H Fashion Revue registration

Congratulations on qualifying at your County Fashion Revue to enter State Fashion Revue. It will be May 29th in Olson Hall at UC Davis. Only one delegate per age division and category from a county may enter. If you aren't sure if you qualify to represent your county, contact Sue Moore at samoore@ucdavis.edu before you register.

1st - Register by answering the following questions by May 12 at 5:00 pm. Do not use ALL CAPS.

2nd - Complete the required additional forms for your category. E-mail them to Karli Draxler, Registrar at chat2kd@unwiredbb.com or mail them to Karli Draxler, Registrar at 10536 6th Ave, Hanford, CA 93230. We prefer that forms, commentary and copies of receipts are emailed. We will print your photo if it is emailed. Fabric swatches will need to be mailed.

Additional forms and information must be received by our Registrar by May 17. All entries will be acknowledged by e-mail from the Registrar.

We need 40 Judges and 12 Room Monitors for State Fashion Revue. Please register extra help from your county using the spaces below.

If you are entering both State Fashion Revue and State Presentation Day, you must complete the online registrations for both events.
