Online with a credit card, using the form and secure payment page following. (Or choose the check option for payment by company purchase order/check, and follow the instructions on the confirmation screen/email you will receive to send the check to us. We also can receive payment by wire transfer - email me for information.)
Once you have completed the page of questions below, you will then see a secure page with "https://" in the address bar and a "lock" icon in the system tray at bottom to denote a secure credit card payment page. If you are paying by check or wire transfer, the current page is all you need to fill out.
Refunds: We do not issue refunds. We are able to issue a credit ONLY to the original credit card you registered with. We cannot credit if payment was made by check.
